It Takes Effort

It may feel as if we are fighting against the current, and we just can’t catch a break at the moment!

But it is important to allow what is hidden in our unconscious to bubble to the surface so we can deal with whatever that is. If you are finding life a struggle at the moment, the key to surfing this emotional energetic wave is to feel grateful for all the blessings in your life.

This takes effort, as we are hard-wired to only see danger and negativity, but if we don't have a balanced perspective, or tools to deal with the inner critic, trauma or self-hatred, things can get very dark and stormy.

Surround yourself with loved ones and good friends, and don’t be surprised if you also find yourself having a good sob if it’s needed. Crying recalibrates our bodies and can make us feel more balanced and calm, especially if we have been under immense stress and pressure.

What do you really want? Focus and imagine that reality coming true (without doubt), and then remain open, trusting  and responsive to your intuition, which is guiding you to the right circumstances in order to manifest it. This means allowing your passion, and not your rationality, guide you.

When something is in our life for a reason, it's usually to meet a deep need. Some things come into our lives for a season, and bring us the opportunity to share, grow and learn. Things that remain with us for a lifetime are there to help us develop a solid emotional foundation. When we can accept something has reached its natural end, it is easier to let it go.
